Gallery Pastry Shop began with a simple mission: to bring authentic French pastry techniques to the heart of Indianapolis. Our founder, a classically trained pastry chef with experience in Parisian patisseries, wanted to create a space where art and pastry would come together in perfect harmony.

Over the years, we've expanded to two locations, with our flagship store in downtown Indianapolis and a second location in the vibrant 54th Street area. Our commitment to using only the finest ingredients and traditional techniques has earned us numerous accolades and, more importantly, a loyal following of pastry enthusiasts.

We source locally when possible and import premium ingredients like French butter and Valrhona chocolate to ensure authentic flavors.
